The Earth
 

Introduction

As children of Mother Earth we are born with the responsibility to live in perfect harmony with ourselves, with the Universe and all beings that surrounds us, be it vegetal, mineral, animal or human.
To walk in balance on the Earth, it is the constant living of life in a way that brings healing to the Earth Mother and to all our associates, family and friends. It is to choose a "way of life" which reflects and fulfils such a responsibility.
 The wisdom of ancient cultures have brought us the knowledge that the whole of the Cosmos is governed by fundamental laws which preserve the order of all parts contained it; when human beings ignore these laws, as a result we bring to our lives destruction, disease, wars etc.
Finding again within our hearts the connection with this beautiful Nature that surrounds us, is the first step to align ourselves with this order and return to our own selves, back to harmony and peace.
When we understand that each one of us, through our actions is directly responsible for the situation we are experimenting today on the Planet, than we can take sometime to ask ourselves: "Does the world I live in reflects my ideal life?" "Am I happy with what surrounds me?" "Do I enjoy myself better walking around in the woods breathing fresh air, or on the beach, near a lake, river or do I prefer spending all the money I've earned running around in a big city full of shops, bars, pollution, cars etc.?". If the answer is both, yes today some are lucky enough to do both, the majority can either do one or neither. And the more people want to fill their houses with material goods, there will be less woods, too hot to go to the beach, no water to fill lakes or rivers, and no fresh air to breath, than we will not have any choices left.
If you feel your life could be better, today it is still possible, today you can do it, just follow the example and experiences of many people that already are living in peace and freedom today.

DANCE FOR GAIA

Dance is the most powerful way we have to intensify the frequencies with which our bodies vibrate, thus expanding our consciousness. All tribal cultures of all time have brought us the knowledge of connecting to our higher self through this practice.
 

Whether we believe in a higher self or not, we cannot ignore the fact that any form of dancing whether for fun or as a ritual, will make the person feel happier, liberated, joyful.
Surrounded by Nature and with certain types of music, dancing makes us feel something beyond ourselves, something difficult to describe, a powerful energy, a place where we feel at home. It is going back to our roots where the Spirit of Mother Nature lies, where we receive pure love from all living creatures around us. In that moment we connect with the whole of the Universe, and we feel one with all.

Through this connection our energy levels will increase thus increasing the level of vibrations of the atoms in our bodies, causing a continuous transmission of higher frequencies that will increase our perceptions, our evolution and help healing this Planet for all the damages caused by pollution, industries, nuclear plants etc., as a result of our lifestyles.

Dancing for Gaia means giving our bodies, minds and souls to her, concentrating on feelings of love, peace and unity, so that this is what our bodies will transmit, sending waves of healing to the whole Planet, as a way of being grateful for this energy we feel, for being alive and letting us have the opportunity to be part of this experience.

When we dance for Gaia we do not throw cigarettes butts on the floor, or bottles, cups etc., as we know this will contribute further on her destruction; when we dance for her we are conscious that everything we think, feel or do, will cause an effect on her, and as a result on all of us.

Thanks to modern research, we know that beings of the same species are all connected through morphogenetic fields and how our thoughts affect our exterior reality. (The power of thoughts).
So we understand that we are a part of Gaia, what we do to her we do it to ourselves and what we do to ourselves we do it to her.
If we focus our attention on negative feelings, fears, doubts, envy etc., this is the reality we are creating, but when we dominate our mind by appreciating the beauty around us, when we see love and light in every creature, we will create a world of peace.
Unfortunately the society that we have created until today does not help us to achieve this, in fact all the contrary, but at the end we are the only responsible for our lives, we make the decisions.

Dancing for Gaia is for all those that want to compromise themselves to create harmony in their bodies, not only for themselves, but to add their aid in the transformation of this Planet. It is not an easy task, for this reason we unite; we can exchange information on how to overcome difficulties; we can talk about our experiences from which we can all learn, and when we will step back, for whatever reason, we give strength to one another, to maintain ourselves on the chosen track.

THE POWER OF THOUGHTS

...."The whole of the Universe is made of energy, to better describe this energy is that which represents it as a wave. The smallest particles that we know are called subatomic particles, not made of matter, but energy. We know of their existence only for the trail that they leave in the particles accelerators. The particles can exist only when we observe them, only when we take the decision to see a particle, the energy wave becomes a specific entity. The attention focused toward such energy recognised as a wave is what creates reality, that we call particle or solid, or physical world.

"....Taking into account that the energy cannot be created nor destroyed, let us see with a simple experiment how does the mental energy transforms itself.

We take 3 lentils which we will put in 3 identical glasses of water with numbers 1,2,3. We will place the glasses in the same place, with same conditions of ventilation, light and if possible isolated, so that they only receive the conditions that are explained as follows: To lentil nº1 we will give unpleasant thoughts related to its growth and appearance, reinforcing it with words. In nº2 we will send positive thoughts with words of love and affection. In nº3 we will proceed with total indifference, we will ignore it completely. After 1/2 weeks, acting in such a manner at least 3 times a day, we will check the results. The lentil in nº1 will be inside dirty and mouldy water and the sprouting will be almost invisible. The lentil in nº2 will be in clean water and its sprouting will be outstanding. The one in nº3 will have an intermediate position with a tendency to appear as nº1.
 

When we have done this experiment we find ourselves in a situation to admit, from own experience that our thoughts have produced effects on a living organism located on the exterior of our own body. It will be easy to admit, in the same way, that it will affect people as well.
That is why it is of an enormous importance assuming and thinking how negative thoughts produced and focused on one person work as dirty blazes that we throw and stuck on this person and as a result will keep on staying more and more in these negative qualities that we presume. On the contrary, positive thoughts of understanding are a help that the person receives from which he can come out of his negativity.

People's free will includes obviously that they can think what they want without having to give any explanations, but reflecting upon the effects of these thoughts and whether it is worthy to get involved  with mean criticism or insults, will bring us the consciousness of what this implies. On one hand what we do to others with our thoughts, in return they can and will do the same with us. On the other hand there is a law that states "You collect what you sow" or everything you emit will return to you(...)"

The only way that a belief can be converted in a knowledge is through our own experience, through the conscious application of said belief in our daily life. We can take sometime controlling our negative thoughts, opinions and actions that we transmit and then prove the results.

"The law never has exceptions, we will obtain such improvements that we will never emit negative thoughts of any sort again. This is what I consider a beginning to jump forward to the real concept of the new era."

UNITY

           Pachamama is crying for help, where are her children? Lost in the illusion, fighting to enjoy the gifts but forgetting to love her back in exchange.

           Everywhere in Nature we see examples of Unity. Wolfs maintain  their individuality but they always stand by their clan, each member works for the benefit of all in balance with Mother Earth.
All of the few original tribes that are left on the Planet, who are still able to live a traditional life in Nature, teach us how to be united, where each member gives her/his gifts, whatever they are, so all can benefit from them.

           In this Society, give and take goes through an imaginary customs control where the mind/ego decides the worthiness of such operations, in terms of financial, moral or psychological personal interests. Who determines the standards and on what base? Can we put a value to love or vital energy? What may be valuable for some may be not for others?

           Being United means to accept the abilities and gifts of what is offered without judgement, for this is the will of the Spirit where we all come from, and not for ourselves but for the benefit of the whole Planet, for the evolution of humanity. One's mission may be to give material things, others pure love and wisdom, the energy is limitless and our mind alone cannot comprehend the infinity of it. There is much more out there than our eyes can see.

           Everywhere around us, these days, there is competition, not only in business premises but also between friends, families etc. When we look for an alternative way of living, it should not be based on the clothes we wear or the music we listen to, but especially on how we are in our relationships with the rest of the world.
To know who we really are, firstly we must take time to observe how we act in the little things we do each day, not with the mind, but through the eyes of our hearts, and than we will be able to look at each other and appreciate the beauty of the spirit within, the light that makes everything shine which lies beyond appearances.

          Part of the process of evolution is unveiling our abilities, how can we compete with one another when we are all gifted in our special way? If some of us are in a higher level of evolution, than it is his/her mission to help others reveal their gifts so we can all work together at the same level of frequency. Let us cooperate harmoniously for an enjoyable evolution. If we want to enter the Kingdom of Higher Frequencies we need to dissolve our ego, let go of me, mine, I and be one with all, for what is given comes from the Universal Spirit to share with all, if we hold it for ourselves we are blocking a flow of energy necessary for the evolution of the whole.

          Unity, Peace, Love and Freedom are higher frequencies which we all undoubtedly crave for, but instead of trying to reach such state through consciously working within ourselves thus making it a constant reality, we get lost in the illusion of the satisfaction of our physical senses, which, due to their limits, brings us highs and lows where we go from one moment of happiness to another of sadness, round a circle.

          Unlike shamanic ritual practices, where the knowledge and wisdom derived from their experiences is applied in daily life as a tool for the betterment of their humanity, most of us want to repeat whatever experience just for the pleasure it brings, until it doesn't make us feel that way so we look for something else, and the wheel starts to turn again. In the meantime the Planet and our bodies' overall wellbeing is suffering the consequences.
Any experience that alters our normal state of being is a glimpse to be used as a tool of what we can achieve with our own efforts without the need to be dependent constantly on any substance or practice.

          The love, peace, union and perfection we feel is the Reality we all need and it is the truth of our Nature which we must bring forward to our normal state of conscience by applying it every moment of our lives.

          Let's dissolve our egos, our self importance and love the Spirit everywhere around us, in the rocks, the plants, the insects, the air, in every soul. While our mind is making all the calculations whether to be or not to be, all alive beings on this Earth have no choice but to accept their fate, which is a direct consequence of what we, human beings, decide to do. Let's choose and alternative way of living by following our hearts not for our pleasure but for all our fellow creatures that have no voice in the matter. Let their voices be heard through us in Unity and give some of the pleasure we feel back to our MAMA.

PLANT A TREE

      Ten years, they say, is the the time limit that Nature gives us to stop the suicidal race which, through its deterioration, can take us to cataclysm. This is the alarm which, as a way of ultimatum, has gone off from the cabinets where the specialists auscultate the health of our Planet.
Since, if we follow the route of this race, we would go with Pluto to the Cosmic scrape yard, not for size, obviously, but for other worth, much more doubtful.

     The experts worn us that only a radical change in the pollution politics of the industrialized countries and a greater respect towards the natural environment could avoid what they qualify as a climate catastrophe, a change which, of course, would alter the lives of all human beings - and, needless to say, of all alive beings - causing a deep crisis in a globalized economy, which would produce a chain of discontent, if not a true desperation, foreseeable in many cases, and as a result, serious disorders including war.

     Those keen on nosing around the Apocalypses will have a good gold mine in the future years.
     Who have the power to contrive ways and means for remedies, however it seems, they do not want to be aware of it. What can happen to the atmosphere is a matter which is only a technical concern and, at  worst, the collateral effects on the population have an easy solution. Like in the science fiction movies, it will be enough creating a super police, trained to crush the smallest subversive outburst anywhere it will appear. For such a difficult mission, they will count on a data-base net which, if necessary, could transform each entry in a police record card.

       As we are accustomed to look at television and accept what they give us, few have noticed that we live in the screen.
       The famous 1984 from Orwell, which was ahead of history, has arrived with a couple of years late, but it is here, implacable, converting us in chickens unattainable for rebellion.
       The leading actors of Big Brother are, simply, all and each one of us, in such a way that it is enough for anyone to type in a code that different files are spilled in one single dossier: name, surname, medical history, scholar and professional curriculum, hobbies, consumption habits, people that visit often, ideological profile, shoes size, travels made, telephone calls, e-mails, sexual options, bank accounts.... Nothing escapes the super guards and the Treasury Office, in this case, all of us; therefore, without struggling, we can already have the idea of who is going to pay for the broken plates and glasses.

        This is how things are, and keep them quite has never been the best solution. One, nevertheless, comes to my memory, charged with hope and stakes for the future, a phrase from Martin Luther King: "Even if they would tell me that the world would finish tomorrow, this very today, I would plant a tree".

VIBRATING LOVE
Let us become Benefactors of Humanity!

   It is incredible and wonderful to contemplate the firmament full of stars, what beauty! Such immensity! We could observing it all our lives through our eyes or with the help of sophisticated and big telescopes, and every day would be a new opportunity to discover new stars, forms, figures, colours and glimmers, leaving us bewildered before such perfection and greatness. This celestial miracle given to us as a present every night, represents only a very small part of the Universe.

    The Universe is a UNITY formed by millions of galaxies, which in turn is composed of millions of stars, each one being the centre of a solar system around which other stars gravitate, like planets, satellites, comets and asteroids. Like other Planets, the Earth is incorporated in the solar system and constantly receives waves emanating from the sun and other celestial bodies.  The solar system is part of our galaxy called The Milky Way. Within this galaxy there are more than 10.000 millions of big and very big stars; more than 100.000 millions of big, medium and small stars. And this millions and millions of stars and suns, form other planetary systems where planets turn around them like the Sun with the Earth and the rest of planets incorporated in our solar system. And all this information represent our galaxy, where our nearest neighbour is Andromeda.

  All these elements exists in total Harmony, Balance, Wisdom and Perfection,  following Cosmic Laws which rule the Universe. Said Laws control the movements, the development and evolution of all the components of this big Cosmic Ocean, formed and moved by the Love energy . This energy is inherent to each particle which condensation forms all the components. Everything that exists, solids, liquids or gases,  its most simple structure being the atom ,  are nothing more than energy. The energy which our physical and spiritual atoms are structured, is love energy. According to the disposition of this love energy, than the mineral, vegetal, animal or human kingdom will be formed. Each cell of our human body is love energy. The union of different physical cells in organs and systems, is love energy. The engine, the force that moves our mind, our thoughts, feelings and physical body is love energy. We are love energy. We are Love. Love is our natural vibration. Love is something inherent to our constitution, to each form of life, the air that we breath, the water we drink, to the solar light which illuminates us, to the vital energy of life, to the ether energy which surrounds us.

    We have the capacity to activate this love energy and develop it through our way of life, like it happens to any alive being. Our physical body is a reflection of the magnificence and perfection of the infinite Universe. It is a perfect unity formed by billions of cells focused on our health and wellbeing. For them we are their God. When we vibrate love, we activate the innate love energy in each atoms of our being impregnating all billions of cells with Harmony, Balance, Wisdom, Perfection, Light, Peace, in other words Love. In this state of Love, the level of vitality and pureness of our body is very high. The vibration frequency of our energies is very high and this is how we are one with the Cosmic Union that we call Universe.

    It is important than to focus the maximum we can in vibrating love. For this what we have to do is to Love. Love ourselves, human beings, the rest of the alive beings, Nature. We are all formed by the same energy and we form part of the Cosmic Union that we identify like Universe. All and everything are one, we come from the same light. When we are aware of this and we integrate it, when we relate with other human and alive beings, we will feel that in reality we are not separated from them but in fact, they are our brothers and it will be easier to feel love as a form of fraternity, compassion, understanding, sweetness, tolerance, patience, respect to them and ourselves. With this attitude our physical, mental and spiritual energies will have a higher vibration frequency, more pure, in other words, we will be vibrating Love!

    We will know that we are vibrating love when we feel in our interior, peace, tranquillity, serenity, joy, balance, harmony; so, when we relate with others, they will feel and perceive our love, which will benefit them to connect and activate the innate love which they have inside. Also the places that we visit will be left impregnated with our love. We will contribute without almost noticing it to the purification of everything that surrounds us.

    When our energy is dense, negative, of a low vibration frequency, which means that we are not loving, our thoughts, feelings, desires and actions are guided by selfishness, egoism, materialism. Feelings like resentment, hate, pride, greed, rage, sorrow, breaks the connection with our innate love of our being, weakening billions of cells which form our organism. In this state our body has less vitality, more toxins and the cells will not function properly. Suffering, pain and illness will manifest themselves.

    Planet Earth is now in a progressive state of degradation of Nature and of the moral level of the human being, where the energies that are being emitted  every day are more in disharmony. If we calculate the vibrations that are globally being produced in the Planet, from all human beings, we would see that all negative vibrations are much higher to the sum of positive vibrations. Many more vibrations are emitted of selfishness and hate, than of fraternity and love. It is very important than, to counteract this dynamic by vibrating love. The more people vibrate love, less dense and negative energies will be on Planet Earth.

   When we relate with persons which actions demonstrate us that they are not connected with their own natural vibration which is love, as dense energies of low vibration frequencies are moving within, we need to try not to reject them but love them more because in this way we will help them and we will contribute to the Cosmic Balance and the purification of the negative energies of Planet Earth. For this, it is important not to judge them, nor criticize them, but understanding why they act like this and react to them by giving examples. If we had lived their experiences, with their same education and family. If our way of thinking would be similar with the same beliefs, prejudices and emotional wounds, most probably we would behave in a similar way. Our example and our love will connect with their innate love energy and even though they don't realise it consciously, we will contribute to purify their internal state and release their latent love which is inside their being.

   Practising a a healthy and natural way of life through healthy habits contributes as well to activate our natural vibration which is Love. To nourish ourselves with raw vegetables and nutrients is a very important way to achieve it. And if, furthermore, our thoughts, feelings and actions vibrate love, we will become BENEFACTORS OF HUMANITY...WE WILL VIBRATE LOVE!

A long time ago, when Man wasn't but a newly- arrived guest, planet Earth belonged to the creatures of the forest. We are talking about gnomes and elves, fauns and fairies, ogres and trolls....
They watched over the forest and took care of it: they played, danced and sung, cared for wounded animals, resolved differences among species and sat over mushrooms, arguing about important matters.
Thus was the world mankind was born in....

The world we live in gathers vegetal, mineral, animal, and human kingdoms but legends tell us stories of higher worlds whereat we can find beings made of pure energy called spirits of nature.
These beings would later become responsible for passing onto the physical world (which means plants, flowers, rocks, animals, etc.,)all the necessary energy to make things grow, live and endure. They would be a sort of life conductors that brought energy into our world.

The expression Gnome comes from the Greek "genomos" which means "he who lives inside the earth". Gnomes are called spirits of the trees "the little old men from the forest". Gnomes calculate their ages by measuring the size of the oak or any other kind of tree planted on the day of their birth and in case it's chopped off they tend to get very annoyed; still, persistently, they plant another tree and start counting their age once again.

Gnomes have always been available to man, as long as man don't use them in a selfish way, to acquire power. Gnomes get married and raise families. Some of their clothes are woven with materials from the element they live in. In other cases, their vests are part of them and grow along like animal furs. It is said that they are very gluttonous and spend most of their time eating; but their earn their food by working in a diligent and conscious manner. Some of them have a greedy temper and like to accumulate things they hide far away, in secret plants.

Gnomes like to appear in forests at night, to play and dance with fairies. the place those "little men" choose to party is the inside of the so called "Elf Rings" -it's a circle formed by dozens of mushrooms. Mushrooms delimit the party area. It's also said that a series of punishments will f ll upon anyone who dares to undo one of those circles.

The universe of these beings is enchanted and their benefits unlimited. However, in order to enjoy the usufruct of all that, one has to believe and of course be devoted to Nature in every possible way: tenderness, affection and especially a lot of respect. After that, it's up to each one. Paths lay everywhere only to be found by those who can "see" with their hearts.

Proofs that small children often see gnomes are quite abundant, since their contact with the material side is not yet complete.
